Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for unused, unworn and unwashed items returned in their original condition. To request a return, email support@purewellwear.shop with your order number and reason for return before sending an item back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

Customers should not send returns to the business address without return instructions. We will provide the applicable return address and steps after approving a request.
